OMO Drift Car #Pikachu
In 2015, Jessie-Joe decided to build a drift car instead of constantly travelling to race the #OddManOutShowPony and the outcome was his 2003 WRX that was cleverly nicknamed "#Pikachu".
The opening year was a fairly simple build which consisted of a stock 2003 WRX then welded the diffs, threw on some parts he had laying around (VF48, 565cc STi injectors, down pipe) and he bought some used BC Racing Coilovers.
After a full season of fun, 2 motors, 3 transmissions, 3 clutches, 2 diffs and 2 axles, he took the plunge and went full RACE CAR with it.
The build plan is as follows:
High Compression EJ25/20 Hybrid engine
Tuned on 105 Octane fuel
Tucked and Shaved Engine bay
Half cage with door bars
Corbeau Forza Sport FIA Seat
Sonic Yellow/Black Two Tone Paint Job
So, here's the build. Plus a few highlights from the opening year.
